A en croire cette infographie relayée par <a href="http://www.minutebuzz.com/Infographie-Savez-vous-qui-vous-observe-en-ligne_a4786.html">Minute Buzz</a> entre les voyeurs sur Facebook et les espions de Google  Street View s&#8217;en est bien fini de l&#8217;anonymat ! Les internautes naïfs ou peu avertis sont décidemment bien exposés aux regards indiscrets&#8230; Ces chiffres me semblent donner raison à NKM qui défend une protection par défaut des profils Facebook, arguant que beaucoup d&#8217;internautes novices (les jeunes notamment) se trouvent démunis face aux paramétrages dantesques du réseau social.</p>

J&#8217;en déduit que le community management est loin d&#8217;être encore une réalité en entreprise. S&#8217;il est facile de publier des informations et contenus sur les différents réseaux, il est plus difficile de parvenir à créer réellement de l&#8217;engagement cross plateforme. <h3>Le fonctionnement :</h3>
<p>Sur le modèle de Google AdWords, le tweet sponsorisé fonctionne sur un principe d&#8217;achat de mots clés et n&#8217;est visible que sur l&#8217;outil de recherche du site Twitter. Lancé pour le moment avec Red Bull, Starbucks, Sony Pictures, Best Buy et Virgin America, le système est encore à un stade d&#8217;expérimentation. </p>
<p>A terme, la seule condition pour qu&#8217;une marque puisse acheter des mots clés sera de posséder un compte twitter.</p>
<p>Dans le futur, les tweets sponsorisés pourraient s&#8217;afficher également au haut de chaque Timeline des comptes utilisateurs, afin de gagner en visibilité.</p>
<p>Concernant l&#8217;algorithme, il est lui aussi en phase d&#8217;amélioration. Actuellement basé sur un fonctionnement au CPM, le modèle tarifaire devrait évoluer de façon plus complexe, avec un calcul sur les interactions entre les utilisateurs et les tweets sponsorisés. De cette façon, Twitter ferait en sorte de ne diffuser que les &laquo;&nbsp;meilleures&nbsp;&raquo; publicités, c&#8217;est-à-dire les plus cliquées et celles qui sont retweetées par les Twitter users. </p>
<p>À titre de comparaison, les Google AdWords fonctionnent de la même manière : les annonces les plus cliquées se voient offrir une place de choix dans la page de requête. </p>

<h3>La pertinence de cette solution ?</h3>
<p>De mon côté, je me pose quelques questions au sujet de l&#8217;impact de ce type d&#8217;achat de mots clés. </p>
<p>Sachant que plus de 50% des Tweets sont diffusés par l&#8217;intermédiaire des clients Twitter, quelle sera réellement la visibilité du message publicitaire ? </p>
<p>Côté utilisateur, la formule mise en place n&#8217;est pas trop intrusive, elle me semble donc viable sur le long terme. Côté annonceur, c&#8217;est justement à long terme qu&#8217;on jugera de l&#8217;utilité de cette méthode.</p>
<p>Le concept séduisant du &laquo;&nbsp;tout gratuit, sans publicité&nbsp;&raquo; arriverait-il en bout de course ?</p>
